About Us

Our Story

While pursuing our master’s degrees in public health at Columbia University, we united over a shared mission: advancing health equity.

Noticing the underrepresentation of women of color in public health consulting, we established a platform leveraging our diverse expertise.

Our Mission

Our Goal is to elevate, empower, and ensure equity in every endeavor.

Through consultation on research projects or strategic partnerships for long term initiatives, we are here to promote a truly representative and inclusive evidence base with advancing health equity at the center of our approach.

About Evidence & Equity

Our Team

We are women of color public health researchers passionate about using community-centered and evidence-based approaches to promote health equity and advance research.

We collaborate with organizations and community groups committed to elevating the voices of those who have been historically excluded from the research process to inform work and practice.

Anti-Racist

Our work is guided by what it means to practice anti-racism:

"Anti-racism is the active process of identifying and eliminating racism by changing systems, organizational structures, policies and practices and attitudes, so that power is redistributed and shared equitably."
