Dionna is a public health practitioner living in the NYC metro area. As a bi-racial, Black, and Jewish woman of color, Dionna is passionate about using intersectional approaches to advance health equity and address health and healthcare disparities. Dionna received her MPH from Columbia University in Sociomedical Sciences and Public Health Research Methods.
Throughout her public health career, Dionna has held a position at the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute and collaborated on community-based projects with organizations such as the NYC DOHMH, Yale School of Public Health, NY Lawyers for the Public Interest, and the National Academy of Medicine. At Evidence & Equity, Dionna draws from personal and professional experience to promote community health and wellness and dismantle systems that perpetuate disparities.
